5 for Five

Is it seriously Monday already?! I swear..the weekends just go by way to quickly!

It's been awhile since I've linked up with Jenn for her 5 for five but I've really been missing this linky lately. I'm so excited to have had the time tonight to actually sit down to write up this post!

Here are the goals I have for myself for the week..

1. Make lunch everyday this week and eat at least 3 salads
2. Walk at least 10 miles this week.
3. Make coffee at home every day this week.
4. Get to bed by 9:15 every night.
5. No snoozing

September Currently

I can't believe that it's already September! I swear...the older I get, the quicker each year goes by. I feel like I was JUST celebrating the start of summer. Now we're already a month into school.

Blogging has definitely been put on the back burner this year. My kids are at an all time low, I have 7 ell students, 2 who speak no english and about 80% of my kids are not on grade level. It's scary. I definitely know this will be my toughest year yet. AND on top of it all...I'm planning a wedding! I really need to step on my wedding planning because once it comes's wedding time!

As you can tell by my currently I'm pretty much just trying to stay afloat this year. I didn't realize how stressful wedding planning was and because we're on a really tight budget for our wedding I'm planning on DIY-ing most of our wedding :/ We'll see how that goes.

If any of you have any advice or tips...I'd love to hear it!

As far as the 3 things that I'd like to accomplish this month:
1. continue to eat healthy. I've been doing really good with this so far. I've been shopping on the weekend and packing my lunches the night before. Last week I was falling off schedule but I plan on going shopping tomorrow....

2. Continue to work out. 1 and 2 pretty much go together because I'd like to be back to skinny for my wedding. I've lost about 7 lbs. since school's started but I have about 10 more to go!

3. Last but not least I need to try to not worry about things. I've gotten a lot better at this since my first year of teaching, but since I got school and wedding planning I've been stressing a lot about the money and all the work lately. I need to keep reminding myself that everything will work out (hopefully). :)

Head on over to Farley's to link up!!
